My dear Shigeru,
If you thought this dream was difficult to understand, you should have read the one that was submitted to me several years ago by a gentleman named Woss Jhedon. (He is famous, so I am prohibited by the Seers’ Creed from using his real name.) That dream was half as long, yet somehow twice as confusing. It followed a similar narrative to yours, but with a much more pandering and dull execution. It also uncomfortably objectified the amazing woman with red hair and almost completely omitted the friends and family in the heavens.
As for your vision’s deeper meaning… I am not sure there is one. But why must there be? My peers in the Dream Critics Guild say that only dreams that are intellectual have merit. They praise dreams that are hours long, in black-and-white, and have subtitles -- the kind that win Golden Pillow awards. I think their view is limited. Some dreams are simply about relaxing and enjoying a good story. So it is written in the Ancient Book of Naps.
This was an exquisitely plotted dream with many entertaining qualities. I give it a waxing gibbous moon. Congratulations!
I hope this e-owl finds you well,
Benezraldo
